The On-Ramp program at CrossFit New Hope is designed to ease new members with no experience into the world of CrossFit with confidence.
This introductory course focuses on proper form, quality of movement, and foundational knowledge.
Over the course of five sessions, you'll learn the key movements and terminology needed to safely and successfully join our group classes.
